We currently ship Australia-wide.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over A$99.

Shipping costs for orders under A$99 will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and do our best to assist you.
